Can anyone help?

I've been having problems with my blog lately... and I have no idea how to fix it. Apparently, only in Internet Explorer is the problem manifested; the right-hand sidebar gets pushed down to the bottom of the page instead of being at the top of the page, just below the main title header box. Not sure why the problem doesn't exist when I view it from Netscape. So, if you want to view my blog properly, for now you may want to use a different browser.
